How do I choose the right portrait?

You can choose from a variety of historical portraits of nobility in our gallery. Think about which style or era best suits you or the room in which the picture is to hang.

What do I need to order a portrait?

To create your personalized portrait, we need two photos of you: one from the front and one slightly tilted to the side. These help us to insert your face authentically into the chosen historical portrait.

How can I order a portrait?

After you have filled out the form, I will automatically send you the link to the photo upload. Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive the link straight away.

What are the photo requirements for the portraits?

The photos should be well-lit and high-resolution to ensure that all details are recognizable. 1 photo with a frontal view and with a natural expression and 1 photo slightly tilted to the right or left are ideal.

How long does it take until I receive my portrait?

The creation of a personalized portrait usually takes 2-5 days, depending on our current order situation and the complexity of the portrait.

Can I have changes made to my portrait?

Yes, if you don’t like the portrait, you can of course have changes made. However, additional costs may be incurred for additional subsequent requests.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee for the caricatures?

Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like what I have made for you, then you pay nothing! That’s why I don’t charge a cent until I’ve created the portrait. As soon as you have seen the preview and are satisfied with it, you can pay.

In which format will I receive my portrait?

You will receive your portrait as a high-resolution PNG file, which is ideal for printing. If you wish, I can also help you choose an online printing company or online store to do the printing for you.

Can I order a portrait as a gift?

Absolutely! Portraits are unique and personal gifts. Just make sure that you are allowed to use the image of the person in question.

Which payment methods are accepted?

How is my privacy protected?

Your privacy is extremely important to me. All personal information and photos will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the creation of your portrait and to contact you, after which the image material will be deleted. But I’m always delighted when you send me a photo of yourself after receiving the work and I can show it to my future clients.
